Conditions of Use and Delivery Information
Delivery Area
Karisma can deliver flowers anywhere in the Greater Montreal.
Delivery Times
Karisma offers a same-day guarantee on floral orders placed before 12pm (noon).
Scheduling Deliveries
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time during the day; however you may request A.M. deliveries (9am to 1pm) or P.M. deliveries (1pm to 6pm).
In some cases, the recipient may be called to ensure delivery on the date requested.
General policies
Monday through Saturday: Orders placed before 12pm (noon). Orders placed after this time can be delivered on the next day.
Delivery & Handling Charges
Delivery charges are based on destination, they range between $7 and $16. Please be sure to provide an accurate postal code when completing your order.
Delivery Locations
When sending flowers the location of the delivery is very important in deciding what to send and also information required. Below is a list of destination types with things to consider for each:
We always need the following information: Complete name (first & family name), address, city, postal code and telephone number.
-Residences/Home Addresses: All information required above and if applicable, any apartment numbers or buzzer codes. In some cases we may need to call before delivering to confirm that someone will be there to receive the gift.
-Business Addresses: All information required above and the company name and if applicable any suite number, department, or floor. These orders are always delivered before 5pm. It is not recommended to send wrapped bouquets to such addresses, choose an item in a vase or container.
-Hospitals: All information required above and the complete hospital name, room number, pavilion, wing or floor available. Hospitals do not accept flower delivery to ICU or other special care units. Please wait for the patient to be assigned a room before sending flowers. Orders for wrapped bouquets are not acceptable for delivery to hospitals, please choose something in a vase or container.
-Funeral Homes: In these cases we require the name of the deceased in order to identify the service at the funeral home. In most cases we will contact the funeral home to confirm correct visitation and/or service dates/times. Funeral deliveries are always treated with priority. Please only choose items from our sympathy & funeral section.
-Schools: Please note that deliveries to students are not allowed. Deliveries to staff are permitted, be sure to specify in the delivery instructions at what hour the school closes (i.e. deliver before 3pm).
Holiday Orders
Holidays are busy times at Karisma, it's important to place your order early. We cannot accept timed deliveries during the following holidays: Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, December 23rd & 24th.
We do not deliver on the following:
Christmas Day
New Years Day
Victoria Day (May)
St-Jean-Baptiste (June 24th)
Canada Day (July 1st)
Labor Day (September)
Thanksgiving Monday (October)
Delivery Confirmations/Inquiries
Normally confirmation of delivery will be the recipient calling to thank the sender, however this is not always possible. If you would like a delivery confirmation or need to make an inquiry please feel free to send us a message or call us at (514) 695-8229
